ScaleMeGlobal Startup Contest is About to Begin - the 10 Best Startups from Poland

Just around the corner on 3rd-4th of December, a remarkable event, the ICT Summit, will take place in Warsaw, Poland. The ICT Summit, organized by The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, will be held at the National Stadium, one of the Euro 2012 arenas.

Warsaw, Poland, December 01, 2014 --(PR.com)-- One of the biggest startup conferences in the Central-Eastern Europe region will also include the final stage of the ScaleMeGlobal contest. Just before its start, the 10 finalists - the best startups in Poland - have just been announced.

The Polish startup scene is beginning to show its strength. Every month you can hear about another global success by a Polish company, and more and more investments are being made. To further boost the innovation of the Polish economy, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development decided to organise the ScaleMeGlobal contest. The international jury chose the 10 best startups out of 120 submissions which will have the chance to present their companies in front of an international board of investors, businessmen and CEOs of major firms.

The following startups have qualified for the second stage of competition:

Audiolink - a tool that utilizes high-frequency sound waves that are inaudible to human ears in order to transmit data and connect media, places and events with the Internet;

Clime - a tiny sensor with the ability to measure various kinds of near-field data such as movement, humidity, location, light, UV index and temperature;

Fluent editor - a comprehensive tool for editing and manipulating ontologies with controlled natural language that is readable by humans and processable by computers;

Kinetise - a mobile app creator that allows you to build, live test and publish native apps for various mobile OS platforms with a simple drag & drop method, so that no coding knowledge is required in the process;

Limdesk - an online tool to create and manage a customer support center while having full insight into the current situation of the company;

Pirx - the manufacturer of the most affordable and reliable 3D printer on the market that recently launched Grand Pirx, a 3D printer with one of the biggest workspaces available on the market;

oort - the first complete universal wireless Internet of Things BTLE iBeacon system, a technology based upon intelligent connected devices that lets you control the living environment;

Zmorph - another 3D printer manufacturer and the first Polish 3D printer manufacturer to open a store outside Poland, in Haarlem, Netherlands;

BIG and RoboCore projects, which will be revealed during the final stage of the ScaleMeGlobal contest.

So save the date: the 3rd of December! The best Polish startup will be chosen during the first day of ICT Summit 2014. An international jury will present the main prize, but attendees and visitors of ICT Summit 2014 will vote for the audience award.
