Organic Bites Opens for Dinner from Thursday to Friday

Miami, FL, June 26, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The concept was brought by the owners Ana and Andre Reid that started thinking about the Organic Bites concept in 2008, after finding out thru PETA Organization (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) the kind of treatment that chicken has in US factory farms. From that time onwards, they have searched, studied and concluded, that since the 80’s most of the food in the US is in some way transformed. The inevitable long-term side effects on our health of all these transformations, both genetic and chemical, made Andre and Ana Reid think that they should find a new concept of restaurant focusing on better and healthier choices.

Organic is the solution, by bringing the essence of food, healthy flavors and colors to their customers’ table. They thrive to keep their slogan that states, “once upon a time all food was organic,” by finding and serving in their restaurant products with less or no chemical transformations, or GMO’s. The concept goes beyond Organic or Vegan because their objective is to please every food lover. They have asked the chef Gonçalo Costa to develop a menu based in their concept, and he achieved an impressive, varied and tasteful menu, that they are very proud of and that totally fits the concept. There is a common thought that organic food is expensive, their menu demystifies this taboo.

Andre and Ana explained "We believe that we can burn calories, but no chemicals, that's the purpose to choose organic foods, because after all we are what we eat."

Organic Bites serves:

Breakfast from 9.00 am up to 11.30 am everyday.

Lunch from 11.30 am onwards

Happy hour after 4 p,

and Dinner from Thursday to Saturday until 11 pm

Also serving: cold pressed juices, organic coffee and tea, kombucha, wines and beer
