Michelle Pais Appointed Managing Director and COO of Prospect 33

New York, NY, February 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Prospect 33, a global management consultancy specializing in regulatory services within investment banking and the financial services industry, has named Michelle Pais as its new Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer.

Mrs. Pais, who has been with the company since February of 2010, started as a Research Analyst and worked her way up through several management positions before accepting the new role.

Her appointment comes following a period of rapid company growth, both regionally in the U.S. as well as in international markets, and in conjunction with the expansion of the company’s most highly touted innovation - the Future Leaders Programme.

Mrs. Pais has spearheaded the company’s business development, corporate branding, personnel management, marketing and analysis processes and can be credited with the development of the personnel, contract, legal, and compliance arms of Prospect 33 as well as with the company’s charity and client outreach initiatives.

Mrs. Pais is a Virginia native and an avid marathon runner, horse enthusiast and advocate of animal rights. She lives with her husband and her black Labrador retriever, Porter, in New Jersey.
