Diesel Emissions Service Announces Purchase of A-Z Emissions Solutions

Redding, CA, February 24, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Diesel Emissions Service (DES), a leading provider of emission control devices, announced today that it had signed a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of A-Z Emissions Solutions. DES will continue providing great service and emissions solutions to their current customer base. “We are excited to help A-Z Emissions Solutions customers throughout California,” says Peter Tuckerman, Vice President of DES. “With this asset purchase we will not only be able to continue offering A-Z Emissions Solutions customers great customer service, but they will now have Six (6) locations from Southern California to Canada, to receive maintenance for their DPF systems.”

DES’s parent corporation, North State Truck Equipment Inc. began in Redding, California in 1978. Customer service and integrity laid the foundation that the company still stands on today. Steve Hoke, President of North State Truck Equipment Inc. brought these values to the diesel emissions industry in 2006 with the launch of Diesel Emissions Service.
