About Judy C. Magness
Mrs. Magness has over 23 years experience as a School Counselor. She is a Senior Faculty Member at William Glasser Institute which is an international mental health institute providing extensive training in Choice Theory Psychology and Reality Therapy. She trains counselors, therapists and social workers who are seeking more effective ways of helping their clients. Mrs. Magness trains globally. She has been a Board Member with the William Glasser Institute for 7 years and Chair of the Board for 2 years. She is affiliated with M.S.C.A. and W.G.I. Mrs. Magness was recently honored by Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide on the Reuter’s Billboard in Times Square, New York City. In 1997, she was recognized and awarded as the Outstanding Minnesota Middle School Counselor of the year by MSCA.

Born on September 24, 1952, Mrs. Magness obtained a M.S. in School Counseling from Bemidji University of Minnesota in 1980. She also has software certifications. Judy volunteers with the United Way of Bemidji to help people in her community. In her spare time she also enjoys volunteering for the National Ski Patrol, tennis, coaching tennis and reading murder mysteries.
