William R. Latham Recognized as a Professional of the Year by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication

Victorville, CA, March 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- William R. Latham of Victorville, California has been recognized as a Professional of the Year for 2016 by Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Edition for his outstanding contributions and achievements in the government military arena.

About William R. Latham
Dr. Latham has over 30 years experience in the government military field. He is the Assistant Chief of Staff-G8 at the National Training Center/Fort Irwin which is a national U.S. Military Training Center. He serves as the comptroller and resource manager for the National Training Center. Dr. Latham oversees a staff of 35 and is responsible for finance, manpower and equipment. He gives speeches to faculty in various colleges and is affiliated with the American Society of Military Comptrollers.

Born on June 16, 1951 in South Carolina, Dr. Latham obtained a B.S. in Biology from Citadel College in 1973, a M.B.A. from the University of North Dakota in 1977 and a D.B.A. from Belford University in 2002. In his spare time he enjoys computers and photography.
