Enhancements to QLIVE, Metropolis' real-time communications dashboard and wallboard solution helps Cisco Call Manager users utilize the native call queuing of their CUCM.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, June 17, 2016 --( Metropolis Technologies today announced enhancements to their new QLIVE solution, a real-time communications dashboard and KPI monitoring software for Cisco Call Manager users that does not require UCCE nor UCCX.

QLIVE provides real-time wallboards and KPI alerts by monitoring the hunt pilot activity and native queuing capabilities of the Cisco Call Manager. This enables users to get instant feedback on daily call statistics and trends, as well as understand when callers are experiencing lengthy wait times before reaching a representative.

With the newest features release, users gain additional wallboard settings, more customization tools, and additional automation options for KPI triggers and call center reports.
