, a leader in the healthcare and billing solutions industry, debuted a new employee engagement program, Captain Contributor
, during the Connections & Best Practices Conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“We’ve worked diligently to create a tool that provides third party administrators with an engaging way to present their employer groups with quality information for both benefits enrollment and yearlong education on the benefits of tax-advantaged accounts such as HSAs and FSAs. While developing Captain Contributor, we focused on producing a quality resource that was fun to use and made people excited to participate,” said Bo Armstrong, head of marketing for DataPath.
Captain Contributor was designed so that third party administrators had a compelling, interactive way to provide information to various employer groups that needed resources regarding consumer-directed healthcare. The program uses multiple consumer-minded mediums, such as comic books, videos, fact sheets, templates, webpages, and other material, to engage with users. The Captain Contributor program can be co-branded, meaning interested TPAs can request that their logo be placed on the included materials.
“Everyone at DataPath is excited to monitor the success of Captain Contributor in improving employee engagement and participation rates,” said Candice Darr, manager of marketing communications for DataPath. “The program has been warmly received so far, and is truly unlike any other tool that’s available on the market today. We were ecstatic to release Captain Contributor at our annual Connections & Best Practices conference, as we got to see in person how excited many of our third-party administrator clients were to have this resource.”
