Metropolis’ OfficeWatch Software Gets Callback New Platform Continues to Outperform for Entertainment Industry’s Credit Union

When Metropolis released the next generation of OfficeWatch, AFTRA-SAG upgraded to the new OfficeWatch SL Call Reporting software. The more powerful, sleeker version has many improved features such as advanced toll fraud alerts, custom reporting queries, and improved transferred call reports, enabling AFTRA-SAG to trace the entire customer journey of any call.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, November 04, 2017 --(PR.com)-- SAG-AFTRA isn’t your ordinary credit union. In 1962, the unique member-owned non-profit Credit Union was founded to serve members of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and later expanded their services to the Screen Actors Guild as well. Carving their own niche, this non-profit has now grown to 35,000 members yet its focus remains the same; meeting the distinctive needs of entertainers and performers. They even offer Cogan accounts to help youth performers protect their assets until they reach adulthood.

Back in 2005, the credit union saw a need to log and track their call volume for their customer service teams. They selected OfficeWatch Web, a call reporting and call accounting product from Metropolis Technologies that helped them to improve service to their member base with accurate performance reports. The software included a then-modern web interface, automated call reports, dynamic call costing with adjustable rate tables, as well as basic 911-call alert notifications.

When Metropolis released the next generation of product, AFTRA-SAG upgraded to the new OfficeWatch SL Call Reporting software. The more powerful, sleeker version has many improved features such as advanced toll fraud alerts, custom reporting queries, and improved transferred call reports, enabling AFTRA-SAG to trace the entire customer journey of any call in order to troubleshoot complaints and increase quality control.

During the software implementation, the Metropolis support team completed a side-by-side installation to ensure the pre-configured settings of the legacy system were patched into the new software. The team then trained AFTRA-SAG’s staff on the usage of the new features system. Best of all, the Credit Union was able to invest in their operational software without having to dig into capital expenditure funds. The software, installation, training and support were all provided by Metropolis as part of a low-cost monthly subscription, making that callback audition of OfficeWatch a wrap.
