Mr. Delorey supervises all aspects of his business and is responsible for operations and management. He is educated in many facets of remodeling including mold remediation, flooring, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and home additions. Deep energy retrofits is a specialty of First of Cape Cod, which provide all types of renovation services including disaster recovery and thermal imaging surveys.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Mr. Delorey obtained a B.S. in Education from Fitchburg State University. First of Cape Cod is a certified firm with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC). Mr. Delorey is a certified builder with Passive House Initiative U.S. (PHIUS). In his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, gardening, and bee keeping. His friends call him Bud.
