Massachusetts based Procurement Foundry, a leading Supply Chain Management and Indirect Procurement online collaboration community for industry practitioners, announced the establishment of their Steering Committee.

Boston, MA, July 05, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Procurement Foundry announced today the formation of its industry steering committee. The volunteer based steering committee will consist of (5) initial members with (4) additional seats to be filled in coming months. The committee will provide guidance surrounding the direction and strategy of the Procurement Foundry community through its early stages, with a strong focus on membership and content.

Procurement Foundry launched on June 3rd, and has been growing in membership and engagement rapidly in it’s first few weeks. Positioned as a free online destination for sourcing industry practitioners to gather, share and grow, the online collaboration portal is already at approx. 1,000 members. Procurement Foundry is also developing regional chapters in major cities, so that members have opportunities to do peer-to-peer networking through informal events.
