"The Gonzo Comedy Tour" Starring Peter Berman Set to Debut at the Ontario Improv

Rancho Cucamonga, CA, April 18, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Comedy Central’s Peter Berman and veteran comedian Gus Arredondo have announced they are teaming up for a national tour this spring and summer called the “Gonzo Comedy Tour”. The two previously worked together in a series of highly successful shows that were booked in comedy clubs throughout southern California and produced by Arredondo’s former production company.

This tour will be produced by Gonzo Comedy Productions a company that Arredondo founded in 2007. “When I first started thinking about embarking on a national tour, Peter was the only headliner I could imagine doing it with”. Arredondo added “Peter is such an easy guy to work with, he is all about his craft and just giving the audience the best show he can. I honestly think he is one of the best stand up comics in the business and working with him forces me to give my best every show”.

Berman makes over 200 headlining appearance a year. His credits include his own special on Comedy Central, numerous appearances on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Star Search, VH1 as well as the ABC show “Comics Unleashed”. He has also released his own comedy CD entitled “Guess, Try, Hope”. Gus Arredondo who is a fixture of the Southern California comedy scene has appeared on “That’s the Light” (T.V. pilot) “Last Comic Standing” season 4 and has been heard on XM satellite radios comedy station and National Lampoon's satellite radio station. His first comedy CD “Straight From the Tap” will be released this spring.
