Award Winning Author, Editor, and Childress Ink Co-Founder Kelly Anne White Hosts New Podcast Produced by Harford County Living
Launch of "The Word with an Inquisitive Booknerd," produced by Harford County Living with Rich Bennett and hosted by Kelly Anne White, author of The Legend of the Fairy Stones, The Bible Adventure Book of Scavenger Hunts, and Co-Founder of Childress Ink - Ink-A-Dink.
White first connected with Rich Bennett’s Harford County Living Podcast when she was featured as Artist of the Week in April of 2019 with the release of her picture book, "The Legend of the Fairy Stones." After several appearances and guest-hosting with Rich Bennett, White was then invited to host her own podcast.
"The Word with an Inquisitive Booknerd" will feature authors and artists on the writing life. The April launch features an interview with debut author Peggy Wirgau on the release of "The Stars in April," March 30, 2021, based on the true story of teen Titanic survivor and Michigander Ruth Becker.
Releasing in time for Titanic Week 2021 and the anniversary of the disaster on April 15, 1912, author Wirgau shares more on the story-behind-the-story, including metaphors, themes, the allegorical use of constellations, as well as the extended research involved with historical fiction and accurately depicting life during the times. Author Wirgau is also set to be a featured speaker at this year's annual Titanic Conference 2021, held every August at the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN. More information on the book and author will be shared after the podcast's release.
"The Word with an Inquisitive Book Nerd" will have new interviews monthly, including Baltimore-based novelist Emma Beaven on her debut gothic, Victorian, ghost-story, publishing July 17, 2021 with Tangled Tree Publishing; plus New York Times Best-Selling author, Nathan Whitaker, on his writing and faith journey.
