New Air Club Appoints Aviation Executive Tru Pham as President
Los Angeles, CA, October 09, 2026 --(PR.com)-- New Air Club, a veteran-led private aviation company, today announced the appointment of Tru Pham as President. Pham brings more than two decades of aviation experience to the company's leadership team as it enters its next stage of growth.
Pham's background spans executive leadership, business development, operations and strategic partnerships within private aviation. Most recently, she served as Chief Brand Officer at FlyHouse, where she led brand strategy, marketing and partnerships.
As President, Pham will oversee New Air Club's day-to-day business, including operations, business development and partnerships, working alongside co-founder and CMO Richard Laufenburger on brand strategy and marketing. She and CEO Jeremy Epperson will jointly set the company's strategic direction, build its leadership team and guide its expansion.

Under her leadership, the company will focus on strengthening its operational foundation, expanding its client base and developing strategic partnerships, all centered on a more personal approach to private aviation built on relationships rather than transactions.

"I've spent a lot of my career being one of the few women in the room, so this is personal for me," Pham said. "I want younger women coming into aviation to see women in leadership and know there's a place for them. If I can open a few more doors for the women coming behind me, I'll be really proud of that."
