Beth A. Di Santo (New York & Florida) is a transactional attorney specializing in general corporate matters, securities offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and real estate transactions. Beth has worked extensively with REITs and other real estate related companies as both company counsel and underwriter's counsel. In addition, Ms. Di Santo has significant experience in representing start-up companies in several industries, including technology, fashion and media, offshore services and private equity. Ms. Di Santo recently established the firm’s Loss Mitigation Group, which provides cross-disciplinary solutions to clients’ needs in the current economic environment.

Julia Cheng (New York) is a transactional attorney specializing in general corporate and financing matters (for profit and non-profit organizations) and is the chair of CyberlawStudio, the firm's intellectual property, new media and entertainment division. Julia has worked extensively with foreign and domestic clients ranging from individuals to established or startup businesses in the fields of software, internet, wireless, branding, fashion, entertainment, music, health & fitness, food and non-profit in their dealings with companies which include Fortune 500 companies, government institutions and sophisticated investors such as Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Major League Baseball, major record labels, Conde Nast, Getty Images, PBS, Playboy Enterprises, East Timor government, Copyright Office of Liberia and Icahn ventures. Julia is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Stewart G. Einwohner (New York & Italy) advises clients on a wide variety of general corporate, banking and finance, real estate and commercial transactional matters. His experience spans to the international arena and he is a liaison to the firm’s constituents in Italy. He has assisted many multibillion dollar financial and investment institutions in secured lending transactions and serves as counsel to a number of corporations and other business entities. Stewart provides general business counseling that has attracted an array of clients spanning the market place including the real estate, financial, entertainment, and technology industries.

Having worked with international institutions, and serving as a foreign legal consultant to an established legal practice in Italy, he has established contacts among several prominent international organizations. In 1998, he served as an assistant at the International Development Law Institute in Rome, Italy and appeared as a panelist on an Italian news program addressing a United States’ military incident resulting in the death of Italian citizens. In 2000, he assisted the United States Mission to the United Nations and participated in the historical planning of the 2000 Millennium Summit. Stewart is fluent in Italian.

Amy K. Maliza (Florida & New York) is engaged in a broad range of corporate, real estate, entertainment and other business transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, general outside counsel representation and real estate transactions. Ms. Maliza routinely represents both individual and corporate clients in the negotiation and preparation of documents relating to business sales and acquisitions, purchases and sales of real estate assets, residential and commercial leasing, corporate governance, SEC compliance and general corporate financing related transactions.
