Elvior and OAK Systems Announce Reseller Agreement

Tallinn, Estonia, February 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Elvior Ltd, provider of software test tools based in Tallinn, Estonia, and OAK Systems Private Ltd, a software testing and consultancy company based in Bangalore, India, announced a reseller agreement.

According to the agreement OAK Systems will have sole rights in reselling and supporting Elvior’s test tools MessageMagic and XML-Simulator in India. OAK Systems will also represent Elvior tools in other countries of Asia where Elvior does not have local partners.

Through this partnership Elvior expects to increase its test tools popularity and sales in the Asian region and particularly in India. “Selling of Elvior test tools requires personal approach that is not easy to develop from other side of the planet. Customers of Elvior tools are making their purchase decisions for years ahead. Therefore the local support and serving the customers in their time zone is an important decision-making factor for them. OAK Systems can provide to Elvior the local presence, knowing the local software testing markets of India and wider Asia”, said Andres Kull, CEO of Elvior Ltd.
