Santiago Chopper Has Designed a New Trike Differential Axle for Their Trike Conversion Kits
Gibsonton, FL, August 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Recently Santiago Chopper Specialties has upgraded their original trike axle by constructing a completely 100% American made light weight aluminum differential axle. Focusing on the fact that the US economy needs more internal jobs and less out sourced to china. This American made axle has all parts inside and out constructed with American metals and worked on by American people in the U.S. of A. Additionally Santiago Chopper's custom swingarms and fenders are also made in the U.S.A. So you know that the trike conversion kit is 100% backed up by Santiago Chopper due to everything being designed and manufactured at home base.

The weight of the new axle was reduced by 50% by replacing the original steel parts with aluminum parts. This change resulted in inexpensive shipping, easier installation, and greater velocity. While modifying the design of this axle Santiago Chopper also considered the fact that not everyone has the ability to weld, so they made the mounting blocks on the axle attachable by a bolt-on method. Not to mention that the axle is also easily polished, since it is 100% aluminum. Also the internal bearings are fully sealed so there is no internal maintenance at all. This trike axle will still be distributed with Santiago Chopper’s full trike conversion kit, which fits all Harley Davidson chain or belt drive models. Such as all the touring models, Roadking®, Ultra-glide®, Softail®, Fatboy®, Dyna®, V-Rod®, and Sportster®. Also select Ridley & Kawasaki motorcycles with a chain or belt drive. Considering the ease of installation, the decrease in weight, the ability to be polished, the lack of timely maintenance, the trikes increase of speed from being lighter, and the decrease of fuel consumption of the trike this upgraded version of the preceding trike axle is well worth purchasing.
