Michael LoColle, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer / ASFA Certified Group Fitness/Boot camp Instructor, has designed this program for those serious about getting back into shape. This intense challenge will deliver visible results in only 12 weeks. To achieve the best results, a 100% commitment is required.

LoColle has over 2 decades of experience in the Strength and Conditioning field. He opened ML Athletics Fitness in the hopes of introducing a proven scientific approach to weight-loss using what he refers to as "The Fat Blast Approach to Losing Weight.” LoColle uses not just one way to lose weight but tackles it from many different angles using proven fat blasting workouts.

By integrating this system, which includes supportive eating and supplementation along with intense but fun workouts shows that you can lose weight.

LoColle is incorporating this 12 week contest with his popular boot camps in Danvers and Billerica. He is proud to be a fitness professional that offers a structured program with results.

The contest is being broken down into 2 categories and based on criteria you will be entered into either one at the time of your boot camp consultation.

There will be 1 winner from each location in each catergory for a total of 2 Winners.

Contest begins on Monday, January 11th and ends on Friday April 2nd this is a 12 week challenge and you must be willing to participate for the entire 12 weeks.
