vineyard vines® Partners with LPGA Professional Golfer Liz Janangelo

Stamford, CT, March 16, 2010 --(PR.com)-- vineyard vines, the fast-growing Stamford-based clothing company best known for its whimsical neckties, announced today their partnership with LPGA golfer Liz Janangelo for the 2010 tour season. Over the next year, Janangelo, a professional since 2008, will wear items from the vineyard vines collection including shirts, shorts, capri pants, skorts, pants, and belts.

Janangelo is a native of Connecticut and has been a fan of vineyard vines for years, making her a wonderful ambassador for the brand on and off the course. She has won countless awards over the years including seven collegiate tournaments while attending Duke University, five Connecticut Women’s Open Championships and was the youngest State Women’s Amateur champion at the age of 13.
