Rae said “We are very excited and honoured for our graduates to be recognised as finalists in RESA’s Professional Stager of the Year competition. CSP International’s success has always been focussed on our students’ success. I am however equally delighted to again be speaking at the RESA convention.” Rae was a featured speaker at the 2010 RESA convention, and this year will be speaking to attendees about the social and economic impact green is having on the staging industry. For ten years Rae has built a stellar reputation as an industry leader and innovator. In 2009, Rae was recognised by RESA as “Innovator of the Year” and in 2010, first of its kind, The Staging Standard magazine, received RESA’s “Product of the Year” award.
“The RESA International conference is the only non-exclusive convention, providing all International Stagers regardless of their designations or affiliations an opportunity to gather for professional development in the Home Staging Industry. You really have an opportunity to learn first hand what the Home Staging Industry leaders are doing.”
Rae founded CSP in 2005 and CSP International academy in 2009 to ensure a higher standard education for stagers in this industry. Rae started her own staging business in 2001 after a successful 25-year business career. CSP International is the premier staging training company in the world with offices in Canada, Minneapolis and Sydney, Australia.
In 2007/2008 Rae and CSP members were instrumental in the launch of RESA, when Rae held the RESA Regional Vice President Position, and she has most recently accepted a second term as President of Ontario Chapter. Rae has been acknowledged many times for her significant industry volunteer work, as well as individual and company achievements. The 2008-9 RESA Innovator of the Year, 2009-10 Product of the Year are indicators of her visionary leadership for putting students first. Rae is co-author of Home Staging for Dummies book, released by Wiley Publishing, Inc. in May of 2008, with almost 100,000 copies sold.
CSP International takes pride in the quality of educators who form the training team throughout the world. It is extremely tough to achieve certification as a CSP instructor and only the best make it. CSP trainers own successful home staging businesses servicing thousands of clients and students. As experts in the field, all CSP International Instructors take over 100 hours of rigorous training before they are permitted to teach, and in order to maintain their teaching status they must continue to receive excellent feedback and exceed the expectations of the students they teach.
