Richard Jennings Appointed CEO of Mediscan Staffing Services

Jennings is a health care executive with 10 years of general management experience. Val and Emily Serebryany, the owners of Mediscan, will continue to be actively involved with the operations and sit on the Board of Directors of the company.

Before joining Mediscan, Richard Jennings worked with CFHS Holdings Inc. as the Administrator of the Daniel Freeman Memorial and Marina campuses. Additionally, he has been actively involved with the American Heart Association fundraising efforts in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Jennings served as the CFO of the Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce and worked as the Associate Administrator of the Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center. He has also held a series of positions with increasing responsibilities in Child Care and Infant Care Sectors of Kimberly Clark Corporation from 1995-2000. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
