HR Firm CPEhr Announces Release of Updated Human Resources Training Courses
Los Angeles, CA, June 28, 2012 --( CPEhr, a Los Angeles Human Resources Outsourcing firm, recently launched a revised and updated human resources management training program, outlined in a training catalog representing dozens of HR and safety seminars.

CPEhr maintains an active Human Resources training department, in addition to the employment compliance and HR administration services it provides. The training department is overseen by Linda Robinson, CPEhr’s training manager. The department offers a flexible format through which clients can access robust training classes and provides both online and live, on-site training throughout the country. It recently updated its training portfolio.

“We take our training seriously,” says Robinson. “Both managers and employees consistently rank growth and development as one of the top five workplace motivators. The greater the skill set of the employees, the more productive and proficient they are. This leads to a team that has greater job satisfaction, greater loyalty, and ultimately reduced turnover. We want our clients to experience that success.”

The updated training catalog contains dozens of human resources classes appropriate for senior management, mid-level management, and employees. Topics include federal and state employment compliance, personal development skills, communication training, and management best-practices, such as disciplinary steps, conflict resolution, employee relations, managing teams and diversity training. Additionally, a new section focusing on safety and risk management was added.

While many employers continue to maintain a policy of minimizing extraneous business expenses, training employees should not be one of them.

“Lack of training is counterproductive and costly, and undertrained employees are a waste of resources,” explains Robinson. “Competition is fierce in almost every business sector and the company with the better trained, more involved staff will rise to the top of their industry. We strive to provide that edge to our clients, and to their employees.”
