HR Outsourcing Firm CPEhr Ranked “Top Voice in Employment Law”
Los Angeles, CA, July 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CPEhr, a Los Angeles human resources outsourcing and consulting firm, and its director of marketing, Ari Rosenstein, were recognized by the HR Examiner as one of the most influential voices in the employment and human resources field. They ranked #10 in the study, The Top 25 Voices in Employment Law.

HRExaminer.com is a magazine focused on the people, technology, ideas and careers of senior leaders in Human Resources and Human Capital.

The HR Examiner recently released the results of its first-time study of the most influential people tweeting, blogging, and posting about employment and HR on the web.

“Human resources and employment law are ever-changing fields, and there is no end to the amount of information that can be shared,” says Rosenstein. “CPEhr’s mission is to stay abreast of all these changes and to educate the small business community. Social media is a critical tool that should be utilized to share that information in today’s on-line world.”

To conduct the research, HR Examiner utilized SocialEars, a service from HRMarketer. SocialEars is a database of content produced by human resources and employment law writers. Sources used to gather content range from Twitter, Facebook and blogs to a host of online publications and business periodicals.

Some interesting findings in the study include:

· Of the Top 25 on the list, one out of three are lawyers;
· About 15% are content curators (help users find content by tweeting links to relevant content);
· Approximately 25% are editors and publishers of industry magazines;
· The remaining 25% are HR or employment consultants specializing in specific aspects of the law.

“We are proud to be recognized for our efforts to promote employment law awareness,” adds Rosenstein. “We hope it will help employers comply with the law and ultimately run a better business.”
