Operation Kidsafe Child Safety Event in Redwood City CA
San Francisco, CA, May 06, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Kidsafe digital system will be in the Bay area for only 2 days and it's totally private and no charge to parents.

The Redwood City Police Department will have safety information for families and all services will be free.

There is no data-basing. The parent is handed the finished product, a letter size document with the child’s digital fingerprints and photo. The quality is so good that the prints can be scanned into the National Crime Computer if the child is ever missing.

The focus is education, so each parent will receive the top tips for safety and ideas to start a family safety action plan.

Operation Kidsafe Founder, Mr. Mark J. Bott is available for interviews. Mark is a nationally known child advocate and has helped write and pass the toughest laws to keep predators behind bars. Mark marched across the country doing town meetings to promote the passing of the Amber Alert. Mark has worked with John Walsh and many other national safety experts. This is the 11th year for the Operation Kidsafe program and they have safe guarded over one million children.
