Palumbo Family Vineyards and Winery specializes in producing handcrafted complex full bodied red wines with depth of character and lasting elegance from varieties that are grown their own small block, sustainably farmed wine vineyards.

Nicholas Palumbo believes in producing only what he grows himself. “I believe there are only two basic ingredients in making fine wines, the fruit itself and the barrels it ages in.” With one foot in modern techniques and the other foot firmly planted in tradition, the wines produced possess a depth and elegance that is becoming harder to find in California wines.

Cellarz93’s winemaker’s dinner experience will feature an elegant 5 course dinner created by Executive Chef Greg Stillman, veteran of The French Laundry, and expertly paired with the Palumbo Family Vineyards finest wines. Seating will be limited to thirty guests to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to chat directly with the winemaker, and the winemaker in turn gets to discuss their passion, as well as their wines.
