Long® Fence Sponsors the National Memorial Day Parade with Temporary Fence Donation
Washington, DC, May 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Long® Fence is honored to be a 2013 National Memorial Day Parade Supporter for an in-kind contribution of over 500-linear feet of temporary pedestrian barricade fencing. The parade will take place in our nation’s capital on Monday, May 27, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM EDT.

The fencing will provide controlled access and security for the V.I.P. food tent, stage and reviewing stand, all located directly across from the National Archives at 7th Street on Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington DC. The V.I.P area will be cordoned off for pre-parade musical performances, remarks from military representatives and parade marshals, and a meet-and-greet with decorated veterans, military officials, members of the diplomatic corps and celebrity parade participants.

Mike Ritter, president, commented, “Long Fence is honored to join the public to remember and honor veterans of all wars and peacetime service who paid the ultimate price to protect America’s freedom. We would like to thank our military service members who work to keep our nation safe and free.”
