Lisa Dodson - Former Chappaqua Star Returns Home

Lisa Dodson is the only athlete in the history of Westchester County to be named All County in 4 different Varsity Sports. Winner of The Con Edison Award and holder of 12 Varsity letters, Dodson has returned home after competing on the WTA Women's Professional Tennis Tour and compiling a staggering professional tennis resume spanning 40 years. "I am thrilled to announce that I'll be teaching at the Saw Mill Club in Mt Kisco," says Dodson.

Mount Kisco, NY, July 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- "Lisa is the best all round female athlete that I have ever seen in high school sports," says coach Carol Snyder. After high school, Dodson took her skills to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she played varsity tennis & basketball. Graduating with a BA in Political Science she competed on the WTA Women's Professional Circuit earning world rankings in singles and doubles. "I had the opportunity to see what I could do in the world arena of tennis. That experience shaped my life and career in the tennis industry."

For the last 30 years Lisa has excelled in professional teaching, club management, program directing and USTA coaching. In 2010 she created and patented a tennis serve training product called Servemaster found at www.thetotalserve.com.

She is also a USPTA National Speaker and Presenter, author and radio show host on the URTennis Network and has compiled a diverse and multidimensional resume.

"I really love teaching and I have worked with players ages 4-84, from beginner to the professional level," Dodson said. "I relocated back to Mt Kisco after 20 years in Northern California and received a very warm welcome back to the Saw Mill Club. I can't wait to start!"
