Architect Gary Gene Olp, FAIA Recognized for Significant Contribution to National Architecture & Society

Dallas, TX based award-winning architect and eco-preneur Gary Gene Olp, FAIA, LEED AP B D + C was inducted into the distinguished AIA College of Fellows in Chicago in late June. An honor bestowed upon less than 3% of the AIA’s 83,000 members, the accreditation comes with the responsibility and commitment to continue contributing to leadership, innovation, and mentorship in the Architecture and design industry.

Dallas-based award-winning architect and eco-preneur Gary Gene Olp, FAIA, LEED AP B D + C was inducted into the distinguished AIA College of Fellows in Chicago in late June. An honor bestowed upon less than 3% of the AIA’s 83,000 members, the accreditation comes with the responsibility and commitment to continue contributing to leadership, innovation, and mentorship in the Architecture and design industry.

Olp has created contemporary, place-sensitive Architecture throughout his 25 plus year career. Recognized as an early leader in the green building movement, he is credited with forging sustainable design and development practices in the City of Dallas, along with contributing to the initial development of the USGBC LEED for Homes rating system. Olp’s clients know that their project will always be original, thoughtful, and innovative, both in design and construction.
