Ms. Dykes has over 10 years experience in the construction field. She is the Vice President and Office Manager of D&B Mechanical, Inc. which is a contractor providing industrial maintenance, construction and architectural services in Virginia. The business is owned by Ms. Dykes and her husband, David Dykes. She became Vice President with the company in 2007. She is responsible for AP/AR, payroll, personnel and training the office staff. Ms. Dykes was born on May 3, 1944 in Hindsville, Arkansas and attended Johnson County Community College in 1979. Previously, she served as an insurance agent and is experienced in accounting, bookkeeping and general office duties. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and singing.
