Michelle Boettcher of Champlin, MN lost 27% of her starting weight (45 pounds) and won a 7-day all-inclusive trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico. Participants of the Challenge were on the Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating meal plan throughout the course of the Challenge. The meal plan consists of freshly prepared, nutritionally and portion controlled meals (3 meals per day, 7 days per week). Participants qualified for free health screenings at the beginning of the Challenge and again at the end, to measure and document the health improvements made. Benchmark weight loss goals were set for Challengers to achieve every several weeks, allowing them opportunities to receive prizes totaling over $500 in free meals or rebates.
