American Home Products Announces Relocation and Consolidation to Gainesville-Hall County, Georgia
Gainesville, GA, August 11, 2015 --(PR.com)-- New Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility to Create 210 New Jobs.

American Home Products, LLC (AHP), the holding company for The Louver Shop and Danmer Custom Window Coverings, announced it will consolidate its East Coast and portions of its West Coast operations to a new location in Gainesville-Hall County, Georgia including its corporate headquarters and manufacturing operations. The company anticipates employing 210 at the new location with an $8 million capital investment in land, building and equipment. Danmer and The Louver Shop are industry leaders in the window covering business and have been manufacturing quality products “Made in America” since 1972.

The company recently completed the acquisition of a 300,000-square-foot building in Gainesville Industrial Park South at 1215 Palmour Drive in Gainesville-Hall County. The building, unoccupied since 2009, includes 270,000-square-feet of manufacturing space and nearly 30,000-square-feet of office and administrative space.

The company will be making capital improvements to the building to install new production lines, and AHP expects to begin production in late 2015 and complete the consolidation of the West Coast operations in 2016.
