Preite BCH will celebrate the event on Saturday Jan 5, and Sunday Jan 6, by hypnotizing the first 24 people that contact his office and make an appointment for those days.
World Hypnotism day gives hypnotists an opportunity to increase awareness and understanding about hypnosis. It is being celebrated in all 50 states and in 22 countries around the world. In fact, on October 17 2007, Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto issued a proclamation to honor of this day, and the good work of all hypnotists who endeavor to help people in out community.
“When the average person thinks of hypnosis, they often have the impression of someone that is unconscious and in the control of a ‘Svengali-like” hypnotist. But truly, that is just Hollywood’s image. So says Roch D. Preite who is a Board Certified Consulting Hypnotist, a NLP Practitioner and a Reiki Master.
