Knoxville, TN, July 17, 2018 --(PR.com
)-- RBO launches a new client portal and phone application, providing new options for customers to view their financials, upload statements, and monitor the status of their books, optimizing the bookkeeping process.
RBO’s client portal grants customers a greater glimpse into the bookkeeping process. On the homepage of the client portal, customers can view the status of their books, from a request for statements to final reconciliation. Any requests for information (such as statements and categorization questions) are listed concisely in one location for clarity and ease of access. Customers can also view their financial information such as checked-in documents, works in progress, archives, and financial reports. Those with billing questions can view their monthly invoices and update their card information. Customers having trouble uploading their financial statements in a timely manner can provide their bank login information and RBO will automatically upload their needed statements. Those on the go can take a picture of their financial statements or receipts and upload images directly from the phone application.
“The client portal and phone application are a natural evolution of the bookkeeping process we have in place,” says Tim McDonald, COO of RBO. “As an online company, our new software offers our customers more options to provide and view their financial information and will streamline our process even further.”
