Aurora, CO, November 21, 2018 --(PR.com)-- HCA/HealthONE’s The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA) announced that Dr. Michael Preece, a board certified neuroradiologist who practices at TMCA, is the winner of the hospital’s quarterly ICARE Physician Award. ICARE is an acronym for the values of the facility, which are Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. All hospital physicians, employees and volunteers can nominate a deserving physician for this quarterly award. Dr. Preece has practiced at The Medical Center of Aurora since 2011.

Christelle Friedland, Director of Radiology at TMCA says that patients routinely recognize Dr. Preece for his excellent bedside manner, his friendliness and his attentiveness. His ICARE Award nomination stated that he provides excellent care for his patients and treats all with compassion. He is always present and makes himself available for questions and he genuinely listens to the concerns of his patients. It went on to say Dr. Preece is very easy to work with and is an extraordinary communicator.
