Vicki Gunvalson Denies Allegations Against Her by Mrs. Lile When Penn Insurance Allegedly Failed to Pay Mrs. Lile's Insurance Claim
Irvine, CA, April 10, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Mazur & Brooks has been retained by and represents Vicki Gunvalson (“Gunvalson”) with regard to the Joan Lile (“Lile”) v. Penn Treaty Network America Insurance Company matter.

Attorney Michael D. Mazur of Mazur & Brooks alleges, “The claims alleged against Gunvalson are completely false. Gunvalson has always acted professionally and with the utmost truthfulness and integrity in every transaction that she acted as an insurance agent for her clients. She has never engaged in any fraudulent conduct nor misrepresented any terms of any policy. She vehemently denies the allegations made against her in the lawsuit by Mrs. Lile.”

Mrs. Lile filed the lawsuit against Penn Treaty Network America Insurance Company (“Penn Insurance”) alleging they failed to honor the terms of the insurance policy that they had underwritten in 1996. Allegedly, Gunvalson was Mrs. Lile’s agent for the transaction.

Mr. Mazur further alleges, “The claims made against Gunvalson are completely false and lack any merit whatsoever.”
