Registration Opens for The International iPain Summit 2019

The International Pain Foundation is pleased to open registration for the 12th Annual iPain Summit, taking place November 14–16th, 2019 in Los Angeles, CA as part of #NERVEmber nerve pain awareness month. Chronic pain affects 1 out of 5 people in North America. In extreme cases, patients find themselves misunderstood, isolated, and can eventually fall into depression.

Los Angeles, CA, July 16, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Through the annual International Pain Summit 2019 – iPain Summit or #iPainSummit2019 for short – the International Pain Foundation educates caregivers, patients, and their families on the management of chronic pain, holistic treatments, and cutting-edge thought-leadership to help those living with chronic pain live fulfilling lives. The theme of this year’s summit is Get on Track with Pain Care.

Attendees will obtain hands-on experience and participate in discussions covering:

· A “bench to bedside” translation of science exploring the molecular and cellular mechanisms of pain

· Patient and caregiver tips and tools for navigating the health system for better access to proper and timely care

Speakers And Program

Every year, the event brings together professionals from hospitals, pain practices, academic institutions, health companies, state agencies, non-profits, and all levels of providers from around the world.

This year’s summit has attracted more than 30 speakers from around the world, including Dr. Nell Smircina, Dr. Tymothy Flory, Dr. Brandy Gillmore, Dr. Gary Demerjian, Dr. Phil Getson, Dr. Raju Poolacherla, Barbara Black, CHT, and Gayle M.
