PerfectVision CIO Dwight Coates Returns from Dreamforce 2026 with a Focus on AI, Growth and Monetization
San Francisco, CA, October 02, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Dwight Coates, Chief Information Officer of PerfectVision and creator of its Chuzo technology platform, returned from Dreamforce 2026 with a sharpened focus on turning emerging AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Coates participated in Salesforce’s Executive Summit, joining C-suite leaders for three days of discussions and dinners centered on practical use cases, the challenges of enterprise adoption and the opportunities ahead. The conversations reinforced a priority he has been driving at PerfectVision: connecting technology investment to better customer experiences, more efficient operations and new sources of revenue.

“AI has moved beyond the question of what is possible,” said Coates. “The leadership challenge now is to decide where it creates value, put the right controls around it and give our teams the tools to make it real. At PerfectVision, we are moving on that work across the business and throughout Chuzo.”

A highlight of Dreamforce was the conversation between Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang on the next generation of enterprise AI. Coates is bringing those ideas back to PerfectVision as the company advances its AI roadmap across software development, quality assurance and business operations. His team is preparing a controlled pilot of Claude and is evaluating Claudeforce alongside Salesforce’s evolving AI capabilities for the Chuzo platform.

Coates also pointed to Chuzo Shoplink as an example of the company’s ability to turn technology into a commercial opportunity. Built on Salesforce, Shoplink brings telecommunications offers into a digital shopping experience. Its presence on the Salesforce employee perks platform gives eligible employees access to competitive offers and a gift card with each qualifying purchase. Salesforce Corporation uses Shoplink for its own employee savings portal.

“Shoplink shows what happens when we build around a real customer opportunity,” Coates said. “We can simplify how people discover and purchase services, create value for our partners and open another path to growth for PerfectVision.”

Shoplink’s reach is also growing beyond traditional channels. Racing America named ShopLink powered by Chuzo its Official High-Speed Internet Partner through the 2027 racing season, bringing the platform to racing teams, sponsors and business partners while supporting connectivity across events and digital experiences.

Under Coates’s leadership, Chuzo has grown into a connected suite spanning sales, field service and digital commerce. His current focus is the next stage of that work: refining the platforms PerfectVision has built, scaling their use and monetizing capabilities that can serve customers and partners beyond the company’s original business.

“Technology leadership is about more than delivering systems,” said Coates. “It is about understanding where the business can go next, building what will take it there and making sure the value shows up in the results. That is the opportunity in front of us at PerfectVision and Chuzo.”
