Austin’s Castilian Residence Hall Still Has Openings

Austin, TX, April 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Castilian residence hall serving the University of Texas at Austin is still accepting applications for Fall 2009.

“The Castilian is the most desired residence hall in Austin,” said Dale Callison, Resident Manager for The Castilian. “One key item is that we have the flexibility to work with students receiving financial aid by deferring their first payment until such aid arrives. This fiduciary tool is something many prospects have inquired about and is just one reason why The Castilian reaches 100% occupancy year after year.”

The Castilian offers various meal plans and payment options in additional to the financial aid deferment. Residents and/or their parents may select a payment option that best fits their financial plan and can select from one of three meal plan options.

“We’ve got a #1 rated cafeteria here at The Castilian,” said Callison. “The Castilian truly has everything you’re looking for in home away from home. We’ve just completed many new renovations. We are still accepting applications for the Fall semester and I encourage any student still deciding about housing to come take a tour of The Castilian today.”

Located across the street and just west of the center of campus, The Castilian offers an extensive amenity package, award wining dining, a fantastic location with sweeping views of the UT campus and a professional management staff. The Castilian is managed by Campus Acquisitions. More information about The Castilian is available at www.thecastilian.com .
