The giveaway starts July 13th 2009 and runs for five days, with one prize drawing per day at 1900 GMT. To enter, participants are asked to post a prescribed message to their Twitter profile, promoting the giveaway.
Participants can also enter by becoming a "Fan" of Kayako's Facebook page.
As well as giving away unlimited licenses of their flagship helpdesk solution SupportSuite, Kayako is offering a number of popular pieces of technology as prizes: including a Macbook Air, iPod Touch, Blackberry Smartphone, Samsung HD TV and a Sony HD Camcorder.
The event ends Friday 17th July with a grand finale prize consisting of a SupportSuite license, an Apple Macbook Air and a $1000.00 donation to the winner's nominated charity.
