Denver, CO, January 06, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Clancy Systems International, Inc. (CLSI) announces that on December 14, 2009, the Company filed a form 15, Suspension of Duty to File, with the SEC. The Company's shares will now be traded on the Pink Sheets.

The Company is continuing to roll out its wireless ticketing programs and has added several unique features including Clancy's PinPoint program for GPS tracking. Testing in California with access crime records for stolen vehicles has proven very successful in identifying and recovering vehicles. Clancy has moved most if it's client services to a cloud computing environment where transactions are captured in real time and hosted on the Company's secure servers. This environment is a giant leap in offering data processing and storage to the Company's clients. Utilizing high speed wireless broadband connections, data transfer is done quickly and access is enabled by unique passwords and strategic coding.

In other news, the Company continues to expand its programs for private parking operators. The services include not only the ticket issuance systems, but collections, registered owner retrieval, payment processing, and other related services. The Company is now servicing many private parking operators throughout the US and Canada. Offstreet parking operations are a major focus for the company as there are many opportunities for services that go beyond standard municipal and government parking ticket programs.
