Next IT Awarded Contract with U.S. Army

U.S. Army Recruiting Command to Implement Next IT’s ActiveAgent™

Spokane, WA, February 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Next IT Corporation, a leader in Human Emulation Software™, announced today that it has agreed to work with the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) to implement its ActiveAgent™ solution on the Recruiter’s Workstation. USAREC is responsible for recruiting men and women to serve in the Active and Reserve Army.

The agreement will incorporate Sergeant STAR, the GoArmy.com Virtual Guide developed by Next IT, into the Recruiter Workstation. Much like Sergeant STAR on GoArmy.com, Sergeant STAR on the Recruiter’s Workstation will make their existing tools and technology more useful by interpreting natural language questions to assist recruiters in navigating through web based applications and policy information. The new Recruiter Workstation will improve recruiter operational efficiency and productivity by providing a more productive interaction with online resources, ensuring that recruiters have consistent and accurate information.

“We are delighted to expand our partnership with the U.S. Army,” said Founder and CEO of Next IT, Fred Brown. “The Recruiter’s Workstation is constantly evolving which requires ongoing Recruiter training simply to use the applications provided. Incorporating ActiveAgent into the Recruiter’s Workstation will create a more user friendly and efficient way of accessing information.” ActiveAgent is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing tools and technology. Implementing Next IT’s Human Emulation technology will allow USAREC to achieve their goals of improving recruiter efficiency, reducing application training needs, and reducing application support calls all while improving satisfaction among the recruiters using the workstation.
