They are shooting a high definition video tour on each of their new listings. The videos are very well received and the properties are moving. Virtual tours are common place in today’s real estate market. A virtual tour essentially takes a still photo and makes it appear to have motion. In contrast, the video tour actually shows the waves washing in on the beach of waterfront homes or a golfer teeing off for a golf course home. Video sells homes but is time consuming and expensive. The Welsh Team feels they give their Sellers added value.
The Welsh Team personally shoots their video with Sony Professional high definition equipment and studio lighting which is all production quality. The agent wears a wireless microphone and leads the prospective buyer on a personal guided tour touting the best features of the home and community. When the buyer schedules a showing, it is essentially a second showing because they have seen the home through video and even have a rapport with the agent.
