Chester, WV, February 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- MTR Gaming Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS: MNTG) recently installed a state-of-the-art wireless web cam at the construction site of the new Scioto Downs Casino and Racetrack in Columbus, Ohio.

The new system is rugged, maintenance free, and completely self-contained. It sends and receives commands via cellular phone lines and only requires a power source to operate. It is enclosed in a hardened, weatherproof housing and is capable of high performance across a wide-range of environments.

The webcam will allow MTR Gaming Inc., officials, investors and people an opportunity to view the ongoing construction progress at the property which is slated to open in a few months.

The new casino is expected to be first in market in Columbus and is expected to attract thousands of visitors every day.
