Scheduled for Wednesday, November 12 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, the session will cover the owners protective professional indemnity (OPPI) insurance marketplace and its increasing role in protecting owners from potentially catastrophic design errors. This includes examining the various non-insurance alternatives for managing the professional liability risks on a construction project as well as identifying the insurance alternative to owners.
