“We are really excited to be on the list for the first time and I am proud to represent female leadership! The 2014 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc. PharmaLogics has been in the retained recruiting business since 2003, but in 2009, PharmaLogics abandoned the traditional antiquated 25% fee recruiting structure and launched its anti-fee recruiting model. This model would allow the company to recruit as an extension of their client’s human resources departments at a fee based on the actual time it takes to make a placement. Today, PharmaLogics maintains a 14% fee average across all disciplines and levels within science and its transparent recruiting process has allowed PharmaLogics to grow its client roster to include some of the top life science companies in the world, including international accounts like Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and Baxter.

PharmaLogics maintains a US headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts and a European headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
