Lake Success, NY, October 07, 2017 --(PR.com
)-- Voicebrook, Inc. will exhibit VoiceOver®, the only speech recognition reporting solution created specifically for Pathology at the College of American Pathologists (CAP) annual meeting. The event will be held from October 8th through the 11th at Gaylord National in the Washington DC area. Representatives from Voicebrook will be available at booth 716 to demonstrate the software and answer questions.
CAP's Cancer Protocol Templates are considered the gold standard in cancer reporting, and CAP is continuously improving its protocols. This year's updates meet the new American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) 8th edition Cancer Staging Manual requirements and include over 7300 changes including updates to stage classification, tumor extension, margins, lymph nodes and more. VoiceOver's Structural Results Entry (SRE) module supports CAP's cancer reporting requirements and includes Agile checklist updates. With SRE, Pathologists receive CAP content updates from Voicebrook to achieve compliance with CAP cancer regulations without worry.
"We are excited to be returning to THE Pathologists' meeting for the 12th year in a row," said Bruce Sopko, VP of sales at Voicebrook. "We are honored by the opportunity to share our reporting software with the Pathology community."
The theme of this year's meeting is, "The Right Knowledge. The Right Diagnosis." VoiceOver allows Pathologists to create more accurate reports using front-end speech recognition. Unlike standalone speech recognition software, VoiceOver comes with a Pathology specific vocabulary and a library of customizable templates.
