As an Administrator, Ms. Vater leads and directs the overall operations at the Capitol Lakes Health Center, one of Madison’s leading Medicare skilled nursing providers. She enriches the lives of residents, families, and staff on a daily basis. Ms. Vater is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire and the University of Southern California. She is the daughter of Gary & Kathy Vater of Plymouth. In addition to serving as administrator she also serves as a director of the Capitol Lakes Foundation. Long Term Care Administrator’s Week recognizes the contributions of Administrators, like Kristi, for long term care centers.
