Independent Computer Consulting Group (ICCG) Brings Michael A. Lea on Board as General Manager to Expand Its Focus on Process Manufacturing in North America
Warminster, PA, June 20, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Independent Computer Consulting Group (ICCG), a Global Information Technology Solutions Provider for the Enterprise, announced today that it has brought Michael Lea on board as General Manager for Americas focused on Process Manufacturing.

Lea is a 25-year technology veteran who has demonstrated strong consultative sales management and leadership qualifications and has continued to remain a thought-leader about advanced software and business solutions designed to meet the diverse and rapidly evolving business demands of his clients.

“Michael brings a depth of experience, not only in process manufacturing but also in software sales and service and will be a tremendous asset to ICCG,” said Shiv Kaushik, ICCG Founder & CEO. “We look forward to him becoming a vital part of our team and helping us grow as we diversify further into Food & Beverage micro-verticals such as Food Ingredients & Flavors, Bakeries, Dairies, Agriculture, Meats/Poultry/Fisheries, Consumer Foods, and other Process and Hybrid Manufacturers.”

“The future for process manufacturing is already here, and it’s being built on technology, innovation, and advanced manufacturing capabilities,” said Lea. “So, this is an exciting time for process manufacturers and for me too as I introduce companies to ICCG, their knowledge-base, and the consultants that will help them remain competitive and grow during this new process manufacturing paradigm.”

Lea spent most of his early life in California, where the Food & Beverage sector was prominent. Agriculture and Viticulture businesses were plenty in this area commonly referred to as “the food basket of the world.” After receiving his MBA from California Polytechnic University-San Luis Obispo, Lea moved to Seattle. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility such as Senior Technical Sales Consultant for Infor, VP of Sales & Business Development for Coolearth Technologies, and most recently as a Consultative Sales Executive for Bora Enterprises.

“What immediately impressed me about Michael was his toolkit and diversity in process manufacturing solutions such as ERP, Supply Chain-Advanced Scheduling, Advanced Planning, Demand Planning-Forecasting-CPFR, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Control, QA-QC, particularly for the Process Manufacturing world and within that Food & Beverages and Life Sciences and Chemicals micro-verticals who have unique systems requirements compared to the general manufacturing world” said Balachandran Anantharama, Senior Vice President at ICCG. “Another was his ‘customer first’ approach enabling him to continue working with many of the same customers, companies, and partners, even when they or he had moved to other companies and positions. That says a lot about the trust and respect he has earned.”
