The hotel underwent a full renovation (as per IHG’s brand standards) that spanned the entire property, from updating exterior facades to overhauling and modernizing all guest rooms. The building’s exterior received a fresh coat of paint and the lobby/front desk area was redesigned and refurbished. The guest rooms have been completely updated and renovated with new furniture, carpets and fully upgraded appliances in the kitchens that have elevated and modernized the space.
“We overhauled the entire property,” said 3 Sixty 5 Design Studio designer Leila Grunberg. “This renovation completely elevated the hotel and really took it to another level in terms of aesthetics. We’re very excited for everyone to finally be able to see and enjoy it.”
The extended-stay property is perfect for both short or long stays and is great for families, groups and single travelers alike. Guests have access to on-site laundry services, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, a “Lending Locker” where they can borrow items such as blenders or board games and an outdoor gazebo grill that’s perfect for family dinners and social gatherings.
