myLifeSite Welcomes Former Lifespace Communities Sales Professional Erik Wray Amid Record Growth
Raleigh, NC, October 30, 2026 --(PR.com)-- myLifeSite, a leading developer of financial sales enablement tools for the senior living industry, today announced that Erik Wray has joined the company as senior sales development representative. His appointment comes amid unprecedented growth in demand for the company's MoneyGauge™ platform, which helps life plan communities strengthen their sales processes, address affordability concerns and provide prospective residents with greater financial clarity and confidence.

Wray brings more than 14 years of experience spanning senior living sales and operations, healthcare business development and consumer education. Most notably, he spent nearly five years with Lifespace Communities at Claridge Court, a life plan community in Prairie Village, Kansas, where he served as community outreach coordinator and interim health center administrator.

During his tenure at Claridge Court, Wray managed the full consultative sales cycle, including prospect development, financial discussions and move-in coordination. His experience included helping prospective residents navigate complex life care contracts and understand the financial considerations associated with senior living. He also helped drive significant sales and census growth, contributing to a 101% increase in sales during his first 19 months and an improvement in average annual census from 82% to 96%.

“Erik brings something particularly valuable to our team: firsthand experience working with life plan community prospects and understanding the financial questions that often stand between initial interest and a confident decision,” said Brad Breeding, co-founder and managing partner of myLifeSite. “As demand for our products continues to accelerate, we're investing in experienced industry professionals who understand how our tools can help sales teams operate more effectively while creating a positive, educational experience for prospective residents.”

The appointment comes as myLifeSite continues to expand adoption of its financial sales enablement platform among life plan communities nationwide. Originally developed by a CFP® and CPA co-founder team, the company's flagship MoneyGauge™ tool is designed to help sales teams address affordability concerns earlier in the sales process, improve financial transparency and guide prospects through important financial decisions with greater confidence.

In 2026, myLifeSite redesigned the MoneyGauge user interface and is preparing to launch MoneyGaugeNEXT, an updated version of its proprietary financial calculator designed to model detailed, community-specific financial scenarios for prospective residents.

The company also recently announced the launch of its fully redesigned consumer research site, myLifeSite.net, featuring enhanced community search capabilities and profiles. The site attracts more than 160,000 visitors annually, 95% of whom are consumers actively considering a move to a life plan community.

“Having worked directly with senior living prospects and their families, I've seen how uncertainty around finances can prevent people from moving forward, even when a community is otherwise a wonderful fit,” said Wray. “I'm passionate about helping senior living sales teams educate and empower today's consumers with tools that make these decisions more transparent and less intimidating. What excites me most about myLifeSite is the opportunity to give communities practical resources that inspire financial confidence, build trust, and ultimately help more people make informed decisions about their future.”

In his new role, Wray will focus on expanding relationships with life plan communities, introducing prospective partners to the company's growing suite of financial sales enablement solutions and supporting existing customers as they seek to strengthen their sales and marketing efforts.
